Who installs the unit?

Your contractor will normally install the equipment within the canopy or ductwork. Plasma Clean Air specifies the correct location, supplies installation guidance, carries out a post-installation warranty check and provides ongoing servicing.

Is the ozone safe?

Yes, when the system is correctly designed, installed, interlocked and maintained. Ozone is introduced into the extract airflow to react with odour compounds within the ductwork. The unit is interlocked with the extract fan so that it operates only when airflow is present, helping to prevent ozone from entering the kitchen.
