Grease Control & Grease Filters for Commercial Kitchens

Excess grease in commercial kitchen exhaust systems not only creates a safety hazard but also impacts the overall air quality and cleanliness of the facility. Unmanaged grease can lead to:

• Increased Fire Risk: Grease buildup is flammable and increases the potential for dangerous kitchen duct fires.
• Higher Maintenance Costs: Frequent duct cleaning and filter replacement can be costly without proper grease control.
• Compliance Issues: Meeting standards such as EMAQ+ guidance, is vital in commercial kitchens and can impact insurance premiums and subsequent claims.
• Reduced Kitchen Efficiency: Poor ventilation and frequent cleaning disrupt kitchen workflows, impacting productivity.

Our grease control solutions are designed to combat these issues by effective grease management throughout the commercial kitchen extraction system.

Ecofleece is a high-efficiency primary grease filter which removes up to 98% of grease before it enters the kitchen canopy.

It has a low-pressure drop and is a simple retrofit solution suitable for all kitchen canopies.
