It’s pretty safe to say that no town or village is worth its salt if it doesn’t have a Fish ‘n’ Chip shop.
Whether we can see the sea or not, traditional fish and chips are a national institution, part of the landscape. Nothing can beat the smell of freshly battered cod, crisp Maris Piper chips and minted mushy peas – eaten al fresco on the sea front with sticky fingers, a Saturday lunchtime treat, or a late night supper with bread, butter and a mug of tea – few can resist.
But as much as we love the fresh food smells, the odours may not be to everyone’s taste and every chippy wants to keep the neighbours happy. Today’s newspapers may be tomorrow’s chip paper but  take-away food shops want to make the news for all the right reasons.
How do you remove chip shop smells ?
One of the stars of this September’s Take Away Expo is scientist David Glover of Plasma Clean, whose Xtract 2100 has revolutionised the way Chippy’s can control odour as well as grease and smoke.
David’s Advanced Oxidation Systems are cost effective, easy to install and modular to fit everyone’s needs – so however small or large your kitchen area, you can be sure that not only are you getting the most advanced technology, you only pay for what you need and, most importantly your neighbours love you and your food – happy frying!
You can visit David on stand 222 and see for yourself how his revolutionary techniques can keep your air smoke, odour and grease free!
