THE ISSUE

The exclusive 5 star South Lodge Hotel in Horsham, West Sussex, was undergoing a major refurbishment, and the award winning Camellia restaurant was central to the project. Due to the proximity of the restaurant’s kitchen to the guest bedrooms, we were instructed to implement an all-encompassing odour control solution.

THE SOLUTION

Plasma Clean implemented their “Eliminair” system. This comprises of Coil Filters, extracting 95% of grease, within in the kitchen canopies, as well as installation of the UV ready Techniclean Canopy Mount.

Xtract 2100 units were included for initial Odour Control, before followed by Electrostatix ESP unit and finished off with our Activated Carbon
