Plasma Clean continues growth plan with the acquisition of Fortis Hygiene & Maintenance Services

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Plasma Clean, experts in improving indoor air quality and providing infection control solutions, has acquired Fortis Hygiene & Maintenance Services (Fortis HMS) to enhance its services and product offering.

Plasma Clean customers can now benefit from a fully supported, in-house service and maintenance offering with nationwide coverage.

The acquisition will enable Plasma Clean to deliver quicker response times and provide a greater cost saving to customers with its new team of in-house engineers – with the additional expertise enabling them to complete multiple services during the same visit.

Fortis HMS customers will also now be able to benefit from the offering of Plasma Clean, a well-established, industry leading company, providing quality products and solutions to improve indoor air quality and kitchen ventilation.

Plasma Clean will absorb all Fortis HMS’ employees to continue to support future growth of the organisation.

The organisational structure will also remain the same, with Gemma Robinson to continue as Managing Director to ensure a smooth transition and running of services.
