The exclusive Langham London Hotel is known for its exceptional level of service and outstanding range of European and traditional British recipes. During its £80m restorations, Meiko UK brought in Plasma Clean to ensure odours from the food waste were kept to an absolute minimum.


Meiko UK chose a Plasma Clean Xtract 2100 system to work alongside the storage tanks. Our small-footprint Xtract system releases ozone directly into the kitchen ventilation system. It then works directly on cooking odours.


The Xtract 2100 has resulted in great success in preventing odours escaping.
