Harvester restaurants cook a variety of different foods, with a significant amount of high protein based food being chargrilled. The Harvester Restaurant in Milton Keynes was a particular problem site due to the amount of grease, odour and smoke being released into the environment.

In order to combat this, Plasma Clean supplied an ‘Eliminair’ complete solution. This system included:

  • Electrostatix Electrostatic Precipitators
  • HEPA Filters: Smoke Control
  • Xtract 2100: Odour Control

The Eliminair is now successfully tackling all the kitchen’s grease, odour and smoke emissions, preventing any problems in the surrounding environment.
